I offer two kinds of  one to one coaching. The career strategy coaching and general career coaching services.

Given the nature of services I offer, I do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with my services/ products contact me to see how I may help you.

For digital products purchased, you instantly get access to the products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We sadly cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. If you have questions about our products before making a purchase, feel free to ask us. Our product descriptions also give a great idea of what the the products consist of.

Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your files immediately. Click on the link to download the zip file. If you pay via e-check, it can take 6-10 working days for the payment to be cleared and will delay the product delivery. If you feel your payment has gone through and you still haven’t received a download link, please contact us and we’ll make sure you get the files you purchased. Most of the time, it’s because the download email might land in your spam folder or there is a typo mistake in the buyer’s email address (so it can’t reach your inbox).

Yes, I have free services in Five ways:

We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, and debit card. All of our prices are in USD.

I’m currently Brisbane in Queensland Australia and all my work is done online, regardless of where my clients are based.

My prices range from  247 AUD for a 1 hour career strategy session  to 2557 AUD for the Get Unstuck Academy.

That depends! If you’re in Australia, I’ll charge in AUD + GST, elsewhere around the world, I charge in USD. But the prices are converted into AUD.

Absolutely! Obviously I only speak on podcasts that are in alignment with my brand & mission, but if you’re interested in having me speak on yours please get in touch.
