Hi, I'm Dr Faith Elizabeth Nanyonga,
and I believe we’re all creating careers that not only pay the bills but also light us up, support our dream life and make the world a better place. Sure, I’m an idealist, but I’m also living proof.
In 2011, I had what I call my career crisis. I’d always known that I wanted to pursue a career in Biomedical Research, but I wasn’t expecting how challenging this pursuit would be. I almost gave up my “dream career.” Applying for job after job, lacking mentors, little to no career direction. You name it; it all happened to me, and yet my unquenchable desire to advance my career never waned. Then, I landed my “dream job” with more than decent pay as a recent graduate, and life was good. But it didn’t take me long to feel unfulfilled. I needed more, more fulfilment, control, creativity and impact. The paycheque didn’t cut it, so I set out to find my fulfilment.
I don’t believe in complacency.
The world might be assuring you how lucky you are to have a job and food on your plate, but I happen to know you are meant for more. And by staying stuck in a job you hate or is unfulfilling, that underpays you, with unsupportive bosses and unfriendly/ toxic working environment, you are selling yourself short and robbing the world of your impact. If reading this gives you some niggles in your tummy ( well, I felt them too!), then I’m delighted you found me. Having a career action and development Plan “saved” my life, and now I’m on a mission to help you do the same.
Without the correct kind of support or guidance and a customised strategic career action plan, building a fulfilling career can be a long unfulfilling chaotic journey (not to mention very costly!). That’s how I come in to help you design a customised career development roadmap, cheer you on, and give you the nudge to overcome your self-limiting beliefs. I teach you how to take charge of your career and equip you with the tools you need to build a fulfilling career whilst enjoying your life. This is really fun and way simpler than you’d think.

While my job is to help package your skills exceptionally well, communicate your value & land your dream career opportunity with clarity and confidence. I don’t rely on magic to make it happen. I follow a framework that I call The Supercharge your Career Blueprint.
It breaks down into three aspects that I named SET, the first being SELF EVALUATION where we identify your strengths, interests, values, vision, goals and that special sauce. Then EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS is about exploring all the career options you have. We understand what you need to do to achieve career fulfilment based on your strengths, interests, values, vision, goals and what makes you unique. It is about your clarity strategy.
TAKING ACTION focuses on implementing your career action plan to achieve your established goals. We focus on getting out of your comfort zone and pursuing that, which your heart longs for.
Oh, and here’s the one other thing: each of these steps often requires some work on your mindset too, removing any self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck, hidden and complacent.
